WHO WE ARE:

President of All About “You” Events:
I'd like to introduce myself, my name is Andrew Kai Hatchie of All About “You” Events. I have 22 years of hotel/clubhouse and remote location events from Las Vegas to Hawaii. I was born on Waikiki Beach, Honolulu, Hawaii; Raised on two islands, Oahu and Maui. I am the youngest in a family of six, with three older sisters and two brothers.

Having no fear of limitations is what drives me. . .we like to be involved in projects where we are looped in from the beginning, should that not be the case, we are excellent at evolving at the project’s pace.

andrew kal hatchieFormally an Operations Partner of Moore Cordial Services, the initiative to start All About “You” Events stems from a burning desire to push boundaries. The formula to keep all parties fresh is about constant change.

My first introduction into the Food and Beverage industry was when I was 15 years old tending a salad bar at the Pukalani Country Club. This is where I discovered my PASSION for service perfection, elegance and upscale cuisine. I started as a fine dining server at the Kiawe Broiler Room after military service (U. S. Air force), transferred to banquets and events, worked my way to the Event Captain status, then promoted to the Catering Manager position at the Intercontinental Hotel, then onto the Hyatt Grand Wailea hotels on the shores of Wailea, Maui. I have planned and catered events of all sizes, weddings, luaus, casino, golf tournaments, themes of corporate caliber and private alike. I currently reside in Brentwood, Los Angeles since 2001.

Chief Financial Officer of All About “You” Events:
andrew and wendy terinoI'd like to introduce myself, my name is Wendy Terino of All About “You” Events. I grew up in Southern California and have been a Brentwood resident for the past 22 years.

I started out as a Customer Service Representative in 1991 for R&B Property Management. After a number of years I was promoted to Leasing Consultant. There I was responsible for assisting in finding and leasing of townhomes, resident customer relation issues, and various managerial and bookkeeping duties including company financial reports, collecting and processing of rent, and monthly production reports.

All the years working in property management sparked an interest in Real Estate. I passed my real estate exam and practiced real estate for Sotheby’s International Realty (formally known as DBL) in the intervening years leading up to my partnership with Andrew Kai at All About “You” Events, Inc.

I had always wanted to have my own company and work for myself, so when Andrew approached me with the idea of joining together to become All About “You” Events, Inc. I could not refuse the opportunity of fulfilling this dream. I realized that we both have completely opposite yet complimentary skills and experience to bring to All About “You” Events. It was by working a single event with Andrew that sparked a fire to create this company by watching his impeccable people, management and culinary skills.
